My Story: On July 3, 1993 a cardiologist told me I had a very rare heart disease that was incurable and fatal. I had less than a year to live. Only through God answering the prayers of many was I given a heart transplant on October 4, 1994. I am the world's only survivor of this disease through a heart -only transplant. Defying all odds. I am very much alive and competing in these games.
