Hello, My name is Jack C. Fulater. I recieved a kidney from my oldest son (John), on June 13, 1988. This is the second transplant for me. The first was from a cadaver donor. I have been competing in the Transplant Olympics and Empire State Games in New York since the mid 80's. Swimming is the main event that I compete in and I have many medals to show for it.

The Transplant Olympics have given me the opportunity of traveling all over the world. I have actively particpated in many organizations promoting transplants and the support structure needed for them. If you would like more information from or about me please write to jfulater@buffnet.net
