Format: Teams will compete in an elimination tournament to determine the top three teams. Due to the limited number of possible entries, each team in the Games will be allowed one automatic entry. The remaining entries to complete the field will be allocated based on the size of each registered team. Team Managers will be notified of entries allowed for their team no later than July 15, 1996.
