The Transplant Memorial

We wish to thank the families who made these memorial pages possible.

Organ and Tissue Donors

We would like to celebrate the lives of people who gave the gift of life to others waiting for organ and tissue transplants. These pages commemorate their lives and serve as an expression of gratitude for the unique gifts made possible by their families' selfless generosity.

Those Who Died Awaiting Organ Transplantation

In this memorial we remember those who have died awaiting a transplant. Their lives were cut short not only by organ failure, but also by the failure of organ donation. In these pages you see lives that might have been saved if more people considered organ donation.
