Photos
- If you have access to a scanner, please scan the photo at
about 100 dpi, save it as a GIF or JPG, and either mail it to us on a disk or FTP it to us (ask me for the address of the FTP site).
- If you don't have access to a scanner, you can mail the photo
to us to be scanned. Please use certified mail or UPS; and
if at all possible, send a copy instead of sending a unique or
irreplaceable photo. Include your complete return address
and a phone number where we can reach you if there are
questions.
The photo will be returned to you.

Text
The text can be sent in the
body of an email, faxed, or sent via U.S. mail. If you are not emailing the
text, please type it (so that we can scan it accurately).
Be sure to note whether your loved one was a donor, or whether he
or she died awaiting a transplant.
Also be sure to include your valid email address or a phone number
where you can be reached if we need clarification.
If you have further questions, please contact the transplant webmaster
