After obtaining her master's with concentration in Management Information System from Wayne State University, she worked as software engineer at Beyond Interactive Inc., Ann Arbor, Michigan. Meanwhile she took the Oracle professional training and received Oracle DBA Certification. She joined the TransWeb team as Computer Systems Consultant II in March 2001. Since then, she has been working on the innovative web-based educational and social science research project on organ donation and transplantation http://www.transweb.org/ and http://www.transweb.org/journey.
