Mr. Jewell has been the recipient of several research fellowships from both
the Robert A. Welch Foundation of Houston Texas, and T.C.U. Research
Foundation Fellowship Program. He was nominated by the Dean of the Graduate
School of Business to the National Dean's List in 1980.

Ashland Chemicals Inc. G Houston, Texas (1970-1972).

of Merit by the Division of Rubber Chemistry of the American
Chemical Society.

Alcon Laboratories Inc. G Fort Worth, Texas (1974-1978).
Senior Research Scientist G Head of Allergy Research

Member of the operating committee of the Alcon subsidiary Center
Laboratories of Port Washington, NY and was responsible for bringing to
market a lay self injection epinephrine Insect Sting First Aid Kit.

Marketing Manager G Director pf Marketing G Vice President of Marketing

As PWT marketing manager, provided the initial marketing and development
that lead to the formation of this subsidiary and was named its first V. P.
of Marketing.

Pall Corporation G East Hills, New York G (1984 -1992)
Assistant Corporate Vice President for New Market Development

Mr. Jewell was responsible for management of corporate activities related
to individual protective equipment. This assignment required managing Pall
Corporation's commercial and technical resources to develop proposals in
response to solicitations, program management, and bring to market products
for respiratory protection, clothing, medical, and water decontamination
applications, and other special assignments.

Assistant Corporate Vice President for New Technology Development

Mr. Jewell managed the design of several operational and strategic computer
projects. These include the development of a comprehensive disaster
recovery plan for five AS/400 data center operations, and an integrated
in-house publishing environment for corporate marketing and communications
services.

He currently holds two patents in the area of contamination control, with
one application still pending. He has spoken internationally on a wide
variety of scientific and business topics and has published technical
papers in several professional publications.

Mr. Jewell had a liver transplant in 1986 at the Presbyterian University
Hospital; University of Pittsburgh and currently lives on the North Shore
of Long Island with Jarron, his wife of 18 years, and daughters Jaeme 9,
and Jesse 5.
